UGH! That's gotta be frustrating! Hope they straighten it out and SOON for you.
Here's a quick crappy pic of my calendars. Nevermind the bad lighting and weird angle from which I'm shooting. At least it gives you an idea of what it looks like.
I included one calendar closed so you can see the cover and another opened to a random month so that you can see how it printed. The whole thing measures 11x17. My layout is 11x11.
