Dh works in retail, so I'm often alone for dinnertime or Saturday/Sunday.
When he has his days off, I prep the food for the week to come: wash/cut the veggies, prepare the meat, etc. Then I can cook dinner in less time when I'm alone. I like to cook more food, so we can have leftovers for lunch: a pork roast for dinner, then pork sandwiches for lunch, for example. The crock pot is my friend, too!
