Got any rice krispie's (or something similar?)? You can make "fried" chicken with it. Mush the rice krispies up a little so they aren't like, big chunks, but don't mash them into a powder. You just want smaller pieces than it comes in. Mix up milk and 1 egg in a bowl. Dip chicken into milk and egg, then cover with the rice krispies (if you want really crunchy, do this process twice). Stick them in a pan or on a jelly pan (the juices do come out a bit, so a cookie sheet won't do) and stick them in the oven and bake them up.

ETA: I googled rice krispie chicken and this site has a whole mess of recipes, if you're a strict recipe kinda gal. Also? Corn flakes work pretty well too, in case you have that instead.
