Gotcha.....sorry was just trying to make a funny this morning. Sorry if I made ya mad.
You can always just roast it in the oven. Throw in some tatos and carrots. When it's getting close to ready, make up some cream of chicken or cream of mushroom gravy to pour over the tatos and carrots. My kids love the drumsticks, so just give the kids a drumstick and eat it like you would fried chicken but, with no fried skin.
I also just bake mine sometimes in the oven with a little seasoning and then you can serve with just a few sides like rice or vegetables.
You can also bake the chicken like above and then pull it off the bone...and mix it up into a casserole of some sort. And if that interests you....I have tons of casserole recipes.
