When my son was younger he was not allowed to play a game for longer then one hour per day because if I let him he would play four hours straight or more. So he could choose to break that hour up or do it straight through but once an hour was over he had to put the game up. Now he does not really play that much anymore so it isnt an issue.

If it was me I would give them an hour free time each day to choose one (or split the hour between two of the activities) providing they are doing the other stuff you want them to and then on weekends maybe add a half hour or hour extra per day.
