I'm not positive, but I *think* that you can't add a cute siggy until you have a certain number of posts... like 10 or something? Same with commenting in the gallery and being able to PM. We had a run of spammers there for a while, so we had to add a few extra precautions in. Just keep posting, and you'll be able to add your siggy in no time!
