Default am i wrong- pls tell me before i yell @ his teacher.. ^_^

this is such a minor thing but i'm a lil annoyed about it..

They have snack in the classroom- before lunch- sometime, not sure when.. but in the morning..
The past week- ce's been NOT eating his breakfast- at all. A bite or two, this isn't going to cut it. So in his snack pocket I've been putting 2 *SMALL* snacks. Really. A small apple, and one of those lil packets of raisins. I know how long it takes ce to eat- and he's never had a problem. If he's not eating his breakfast i want to get in as much food as i can during snack time so he doesn't fall on his face by lunch @ school. There's never been a rule about the # of snacks-- just that they must eat it within x time. Ce inhales these snacks, it's why i give him THOSE snacks. I'd love to give him something heartier but with the peanut free rules & his own allergies there's not much i can do..

Anyway, some lil girl in his class has been complaining that ce has two snacks.. and the TA took one of ce's snacks away from him today- according to ce she ripped it out of his hands lol but he's a lil dramatic.

I'm pretty sure- it's up to me- as the parent- to make sure that ce's getting adequate food in his tummy during the day- Not up to the TA to decide he doesn't need an apple & raisins.

I want to bring this up with the teacher.. but am I wrong? am I being stupid, and should just send him in with a measly apple and let them deal with the consequences of ce being hungry??
