i can't seem to get rid of it! started out as a dry, itchy throat. then came the stuffed nose and cough. its been a week at least, almost two. still have it. my nose is sore from blowing it, even with using Puffs Plus with lotion
. i've started using nasal spray to help me breath. but i can't seem to get rid of it!! its just draining me. i have no energy.....
kids had it first. they're pretty much over it; just a few sniffles and coughs here and there. this is the worst one i've had in awhile. guess i was overdue lol.
