I would tell her to check her labor law posters and get the phone number of your local office and report the boss to them. She is obviously in a hostile work environment and there are laws against that. Management could get into some serious trouble for allowing employees to be treated that way. She also needs to document EVERYTHING that happens and ensure that she has the date and approximate time of the incident(s). Oh, and keep looking for a new job. No one should be treated that way. Period.
