This. When my friend had a miscarriage, she was really sad, and we talked about it (my Grandma died the same day, so that's why we somehow found ourselves talking about it), but she needed her time and privacy to get to terms with it. The more people talk to the woman about it, the more SHE has to think about it, and she just have to somehow swallow it on her own...

Of course, she needs to know people care, but she also needs to be on her own, I think.
