I grew up with it being called (and calling it) supper. But somewhere along the way it's now become dinner to me.
And on an side note I grew up calling "it" a sweeper and I had to sweep the livingroom, family room, bedroom ect.. but now say vacuum and we need to vacuum the livingroom, family room, bedroom ect.
