I picked up a few things earlier today with no problem and just this minute went to log in to see if it works. I didn't have any problems at all. And none of the files I've download have been corrupt - at any point in this process. For what it's worth, I'm on a Mac using Safari.
I can't help but think there's some common denominator either with the provider or the browser - or a combination thereof. Sorry you're still having problems, Robin . . . I keep hoping this mega headache will be over for you!!
