could they charge the family with conspiracy? I mean the mom or Casey searched for chloroform, the dad was an ex-cop that knew how to cover this up, and Casey herself couldn't keep her story straight. Everyone pointing fingers at everyone else. Sure seems they all knew what happened and worked hard to conspire on a coverup.
