Love all of that... feel my wallet getting lighter!
Angie- we've not been here long enough to get the pool approved (loan to value would be out of wack and we refuse to go "underwater") so we have to wait on the pool... but now my hubby has been talking about moving in the next couple years and if so, we'd not want to put the pool in... so maybe next year or so- or maybe we move... who knows!
Any other ideas? Or challenges to get my mojo rising?
