I have to do this sometimes also - I decide I want to run photo actions to all my pics after I put them on the page...
WHat i do is apply all edits as new layers. I get the style worked out exactly as I want it, then I clip it down to the photos. You might have to replicate the layer a bunch of times, but it sill gives you the ability to tweak/un-do the edit and it's not that hard to do.
If you haven't done your edits this way, you use the "new fill or adjustment layer" button at the bottom. make all of your adjustments on that layer (you'll see your entire layout being changed, but don't worry!). They you just create a clipping mask to apply it only to a photo.
