This is actually not legal to do.
It's copyright infringement. It sucks really, but that is one of the reasons I'm so glad some of the paper companies are now selling digital stuff. My scraproom is based on a paper line by Basic Grey and they have finally released it digitally. Expensive but it beats running out of what I need.
