Now I think of it, organising hugely depends on how you scrap - if you're a one-kit scrapper, tagging might be worthless for you (I still find it useful, but it's not so important if you don't mix). And elements and such can be rather easily found by simple Windows search.
The most difficult things to sort are papers and alphas, because they're not named according to their theme/colour - if you're looking for a wood paper, you will never find it unless you remember in which kit it was (but hey, when lost, you can always ask here at the forum).
I like to keep everything in its original folder, so tagging is fabulous for me, but I can see why it's not so appealing to many peope.
