My 11-year old has scrapped her own birthday invitations for the last few years. I think if I let her have more time on the computer she'd scrap a lot more.
She's learning PS pretty well. My dh is a photographer and he told her once she learns PS, he'll hire her to do some of the grunt work he doesn't enjoy
It's a pretty good incentive!
