You get them for bigger amounts. It's an incentive to get referrals. Not only does the referral get the bonus points, but then I'll get the same amount again one someone signs up using the link (so, for example - I push the button and get 200pts. I'll get the bonus link worth 200pts. Someone signs up using it - they'll get 200pts and I'll get ANOTHER 200pts -- thus why I love Superpoints, lol).
As far as I know, you get the bonus link for 25, 50, 75, 100, 200 & 300 point wins (yes - 300!)
I've never seen any other amounts get bonus links
