I was going to also suggest Pioneer Woman's B&W actions in her "Set 1". Depending on the look you're going for, there are two different ones in that set. PW's BW is nice and contrast-y with a dark edge, BW Beauty is a little less dark. Love them both and use them all the time.
This is another free one that I really love:
MCP Take Action on Cancer Awareness. It's a B&W action with 14 optional color overlays. Even if you just use it for the B&W it's great because it gives you more control & allows you to adjust the levels and tweak the photo a bit more than Pioneer Woman's actions do.
