i agree with the comments above - super cute dress and super cute shoes
but, since they are open toe, i vote for no hose! if she needs hose, then i think closed toe shoes look better. i think that since the dance is inside, you can get away w/out the hose if she is wearing a long coat. or maybe get some cute leg warmers to wear while walking outside - that she can then take off when she's at the dance ... and definitely paint the toenails
