Are you going to have him change the cat box? if you are then I don't think $20 is enough, but that is just my personal opinion
if my calculations are right that is $18 a visit for the person charging your parents and if he is driving quite a ways{especially with the price of gas these days
} I don't think that is bad at all
even though it sounds like alot all at once LOL!
