Also something to keep in mind Lisa- I don't know if the state you are in has an income tax but Oregon does. It makes a difference in take home pay. Even if you live in WA like we do if you work in Oregon you pay Oregon income tax. I think for the field it sounds like your hubby is looking in there will be quite a bit job wise out here. My DH is a programmer and the job market has been opening up quite a bit in the last year or so! Also the on the grey- I am looking out my window at a nice blue, sunny sky and its January... so its not always grey ;-)
