I'm am struggling so much with the food aspect of losing weight.
Last week I ran 3 miles 2 days, walked 5 miles another, and walked 1.7 miles with my son at his walk-a-thon. The exercise I don't mind...I rather enjoy it.
This week...I am going to start counting my calories again with FatSecret.com. When I see the number I tend to watch more what I am putting in my mouth. I've already counted breakfast so I'm on the right track today.
I like the 100 crunches in 100 days thing Rachelle...maybe I'll start that!
