My tip would be to NOT follow what I do.
DH suffers from post cancer fatigue syndrome and sleeps .. a lot !!
I, on the other hand, only seem to be able to manage about 5 hours sleep a night.
This generally means that I have time in the morning and some time at night when I am wide awake and DH is asleep. I try to be quiet so I don't disturb him - scrapping is the ultimate quiet occupation
Of course - we don;t have little kids here to deal with
