I hope it goes smoothly for you!
Mine was pretty average. I have to say I was terrified of the pain before I went in there. I've never had stitches before, or even gotten a bad cut, so I'm a wussy when it comes to pain. I will say, it was pain like I've never felt before when I woke up, but it wasn't unbearable at all... I'd rather have a c-section than a toothache. I didn't take any pain meds when I went home because they knock me out and I was terrified I wouldn't be alert enough to wake to feed the girls on schedule. It was managable, but mostly just sore. It was hard to get up, so I slept in a recliner for the first week - although with twins, it might be different for me, becuause they had to eat every 4 hours, it took each about an hour to eat for each twin, and with changing time and getting them back to bed I was sleeping an hour at a time between feedings. The first week was a little bit of hell. I forget who suggested it, but the pillow to hold on your abdomen when you're getting up, or coughing, or laughing definitely helps!! I had one I kept in my chair at all times

I've never done a vaginal birth, but this wussy would take a c-section over one any day!
