I love Lexi too and Lexi with Sloan, so I really hope it's not her.
Jessica Capshaw is pregnant again so I'm thinking that she is leaving to spend time with her soon to be 3 kids. And she took Karev's place on the plane (he was supposed to go) and the scene with Callie saying she'd never leave her etc. makes me lean strongly toward that.
Cristina will stay because she realizes how much she loves Owen. Karev will stay because Arizona will be dead and he will feel guilty about her taking his spot and will stay at SGMW.
Mer/Der will stay also because of some reason stemming from the crash. Not sure what will happen to April and Jackson.
Those are my predictions - LOL - I'm probably going to be totally wrong and then upset!
