Had it about a year and half ago...COULDN"T BE HAPPIER!! Nothing, not even mild cramps here! I was not able to go an hour without a change in outfits...(read accidents due to heavy flow) So any improvement was a good one. I have not spotted or anything since. I will add that I have had two other friends do it and it was NOT successful for them. Both ended up doing a partial.
