It's time to announce the winners of our September 2019 Passport Challenge!
As we've done in the past, our winners were chosen at random.org from all completed passports shared in our September Passport thread. I deleted all of the chatter & invalid posts from the thread before doing the drawing so that all numbers drawn would be valid.
