But today I'll pick "letting go of anger". When I was younger I had so much pent up frustration and anger at some family members and friends for things that hurt me but somewhere in my late 40's I started to realize that the anger only hurt me by holding into it and once I could let it go, it not have any hold over me, it stopped meaning so much and wasn't in my thoughts anymore. I don't let things bother me much anymore. If anything is toxic to me I deal with it as I need to, then move on. I surround myself with good thoughts, good people and try to live as good a life as I can and don't let others bother me (much).

This one hadn't crossed my mind, Rae, but it's so true! I think it affects so many other areas of our lives, too.
