Imgur is great free place to upload images. I use
Flickr (also free) ... both are easy to navigate and simple to use for challenge trackers & signatures.
To create my signature I always start with a box template roughly 600X300 pixels and then shrink my alpha & elements down and scrap within that, then I'm never having to resize anything. How do you guys usually create yours?
