So I have permed my hair since I was 15.... maybe 14.... I hate my straight thin hair. (unless I use a straightener and get it really sleek) My aunts do hair so for years they always did it, then they moved away, and then one returned and a few years ago she started doing my hair again. But I was due for my perm in February had to reschedule twice.... then covid hit..........
She was finally able to do my hair last week. I decided to skip the perm and just do highlights..... My hair is shorter now too. I also have a few grays now, but I'm not sure I want to start coloring my hair... I'm okay with highlights.... they kinda disguise those grays for now too. And the highlights make it a little thicker.
