Leftover lasagna. I made a big pan a few weeks ago and had enough for three meals, two of which I froze. It's cold here, so I'm glad we're having a hot meal, as we sometimes just get Subway. My hubby is the one usually in charge of dinner, so I don't have to do anything except put away leftovers, and there won't be any.
