It's just the two of us unless we have the family over for a special meal. I used to love to cook (when the kids were home), but my hubby loves to cook more. I pretty much turned those duties (he thinks it's fun) over to him several years ago. He eats early and I like to eat later, so he fixes himself something earlier and fixes me something later. It works for us.
