That's similar to what I'm thinking about too. Sometimes I do breakfast for dinner because I miss my breakfasts lol. I'm not sure I want to do true ADF (either 4-3 or 5-2) but I will likely try ADMF (Alternate Day Modified Fast), which includes a 500 calorie meal midway through if you need or want it. You still have an up day the next day but a lot of people find it easier to have a small meal rather than completely go without.
