Just finishing off my day. Today is the first full day in my gradual return to work plan. It was a busy one and I will be tired tonight.

I usually have some type of instrumental/relaxation music going from a little speaker on my desk.

While the tech can't really say, she did say my ultrasound looked clear which is great news.
