That's awesome Ally! Once I get where I want to be, I will likely do 16:8 as well. It just doesn't do it for me right now because I have a significant amount to lose, but I think it will be great for maintenance. I love the health benefits in addition to the weight loss - that's one of the best things about IF! The body has a pretty amazing way of taking care of itself.
