I highly advise you to take the best care of your teeth then because dental implants are made of metal. You can hear my top and bottom teeth hitting each other.
I don't think I have food rules, there are just foods I don't like so don't eat them. And, these days I'm just glad that I can eat whatever I want because 2 years of eating nothing but soft foods because of having no teeth and not tolerating dentures well at all is definitely not fun at all.
