LOL!!! I hear ya! We're still running the A/C, but I have to admit, I've been cooking some fall/winter dishes! I've been baking a bit too!
My family's favorite so far is this:
Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili
I served it with rice. Every single person in the family raved about it, so I'm making it again on Friday and doubling it. I'm flying out Saturday morning, so the guys can have some leftovers while I'm gone!

Portobello Mushroom Stroganoff tomorrow night. I'm not sure if this is the recipe I'll use or not. I'll figure that part out later!! I'll be serving it over Spaghetti Squash!
