In Australia we've always been told that the x's are kisses and the o's are hugs.
Apparently they can be interpreted either way. I always include them in cards so I'm definitely far from innocent, I just get this weird feeling when I read them all the time haha. It's just me - I'm not a very touchy-feely person. ;D
