down 1 pound since the end of February -- March has not been a good month for me but I guess it is better than gaining weight.
I have really been trying to improve my steps/exercise in March so I want to believe that I am gaining muscle mass which will help me loose weight (burn fat).
Now just get through Easter without gaining 3+ pounds and I will be good. I have already decided I am going to enjoy the Easter holiday without worrying about counting food. The good thing is I am preparing the dinner so I can watch what goes in the food and try to keep low calories.
