I take Synthroid every day but have never tried anything natural. I'd be interested to hear suggestions. I'm cold all the time which drives my hubs crazy b/c I'll be sitting on the couch with an afghan around me and he'll be in shorts and a t-shirt saying its too hot LOL. So now that we have air conditioning I have to wear sweaters and hoodies in the house all the time to keep warm but my hubs likes it.
