I don't handle change well at all either! It's kind of like having a new kid. Then thinking to yourself, What have I done? I seriously try not to say bad words. Then say to myself, This to shall soon pass. I am a major routine person and when it's messed up. Look out world!
It does get better with puppies just like it gets better with babies
