I always think it's funny when people say an hour is a long drive, here in rural Newfoundland, it's not at all. We would have to drive 4 hours to get to the city from where I lived before, so if I needed to go to a specialist or something for health care, I'd have to drive there.
We don't even have a McDonald's, Subway, Wal-Mart or anything without driving an hour LOL
