Maybe send a "Contact us" through the store and see if you can get reimbursed the amount since it didn't flag your purchase? Or maybe inbox Cindy and see if there's something you guys can do about it. I'm really sorry that has happened. I've had that happen over at another store and they were very quick to fix the issue! Even here, Robin is ON IT when it comes to things and I'm sure that's one thing she'll be able to help you
