I'm so sorry. While I have nevr had a full on panic attack I too have bad anxiety. For me I usually have to have a really super hot shower or bath to get myself calmed down. I did go to the ER once when I thought I was having a panic attack and they gave me ativan which helped tons but I don't recommend becoming a drug addict.. LOL!
Everything is going to be OK and we'll be here for when you need to vent and there are always people here to help answer questions <3 <3
