When we sold our house two years ago, I remember driving away the day we listed it, crying the whole way to my aunt's house, lol. We had 6+ showings that day, and my phone was off the hook requesting more! We had two offers that first day. I was SO emotional about the whole thing, because we'd lived there for 15 years and I really loved the house.
