My Grandmas just went by Grandma <last name>. My one grandpa died before I was born and the other was Grandma <last name> but he died when I was three so I don't have any memories of him. My kids call my parents Grandma and Grandpa but my brother's kids call them Cow Grandma and Cow Grandpa because they live on a farm and their other Grandparents are Candy Grandma and Grandpa, because, well, you can guess lol. My in-laws went by Jhidhu and Yaya as their oldest daughter married a man from Lebanon. They had the first grandkids and that was what his family tradition was.
