I either get take-out or make something super easy for Friday nights. Tonight I've got a burger left over from last night so I'm having that with avocado, bacon, tomato and artichokes with greens/vinaigrette dressing and hubs will have 2 grilled cheeses. Easy dinner and easy clean-up....just the way I like it
