I'm doing "cheer" this year. It seems like kind of a strange one, but I have two main focuses with it.
1. I want to be more cheerful, even when life is stressful . . . recognize the little happy things that happen every day and openly talk about them with my family.
2. I want to cheer for my kids more, boost their spirits with positive comments, and let them know that I see all the good things about them.
